About the Event

The Winter Pineapple Classic

The Winter Pineapple Classic is a family-friendly 5k obstacle course race held in Marymoor Park on Sunday, November 18th. The first start wave will be at 8:30 am, and every 15min after until approximately 2:30pm.  Climbing walls, skimming down a giant slip n' slide, and more - our participants play while striving to keep their pineapple in-hand. Pineapplers join together to celebrate at the finish line with Hawaiian food and a Georgetown beer garden. The Winter Pineapple Classic directly supports the mission of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, raising money through sponsorships, individual and team fundraising, and entry fees. For more info take a look at our participant packet! Since its inaugural event in 2006, the Winter Pineapple Classic, in collaboration with its many supporters, has raised more than $3 million for blood cancer research and patient services. Register here for the 2018 event! There is a fundraising minimum of $50, this will get you an event tech t-shirt and a Hawaiian meal after the race.
