Many companies will match their employee's contributions to a recognized 501c(3) non-profit organization such as The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.  Please have your donor contact their company's Human Resources department and have them inquire about their company's matching gift program.  Below are a few local companies and details of their matching gift program.  Companies either have an online or offline (paper form) matching gift submittal process:

Online
*  Have your donor(s) fill out and submit their matching gift request.
*  Please have them note your (the participant's) name and Winter Pineapple Classic for proper crediting.
*  Make sure they select the Washington/Alaska Chapter of LLS.
*  There is no need to contact us as we usually receive a notice online to confirm and accept the donation.  If you work for a smaller organization and want to double check that we received your match request, please email jordan.gentry@lls.org.

Offline
*  Have your donor(s) fill out their matching gift request.
*  Please have them note your (the participant's) name and Winter Pineapple Classic for proper crediting.
*  Mail the form to us along with a copy of the actual donation.

Matching gifts will be posted to your account once we receive the request.  Please be patient as we receive hundreds of matching gifts daily.
